Management Development Program

HEC’s Management Development Program helps managers build the core leadership competencies required to lead with confidence and impact. Designed as the next step after our Fundamentals of Supervision series, this program is ideal for any people leader looking to sharpen their effectiveness and expand their influence.

Format: Six live virtual courses, 2 hours each, two sessions per week

Enhancing Leadership through Emotional Intelligence

Strengthen self-awareness and relationship management to lead with empathy and trust.

Translate strategy into clear, actionable goals that drive results.

Coaching with a Growth Mindset

Develop others through coaching conversations that inspire ownership and growth.

Empowering Teams Through Effective Delegation

Prioritize strategically, delegate confidently, and empower teams to take ownership.

Managing Difficult Conversations with Empathy and Clarity

Handle challenging discussions with confidence while preserving trust and respect.

  • Address conflict with empathy and clarity
  • Drive positive outcomes through honest dialogue

Public Virtual Sessions

  • Members: $65 per seat, per course
  • Nonmembers: $135 per seat, per course

Private Team Training (Members Only)
Customized delivery tailored to your organization. Pricing available upon request.

Schedule & Registration

Offered five times per year: February, April, June, August, and October.
Sessions meet the first three Wednesdays AM and PM for three consecutive weeks.
Participants may enroll in the full series or select individual sessions.
