Best Practices for Employee Selection

Will you be hiring workers this year?  If so, you’re not alone.  According to CareerBuilder’s annual job forecast, 40 percent of employers are planning to hire full-time, permanent employees over the next 12 months.  Thirty-three percent of employers expect to hire part-time, permanent staff while half of employers anticipate adding temporary or contract workers.
